Debra Duby is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Nationally Certified Personal Trainer specializing in exercise science and nutrition, with additional certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, American Council on Integrative Nutrition. She regularly competes in triathlons, cycling and running races, and has completed the NYC Marathon. She won her first natural body building competition. With a history of diverse athletic endeavors, she has wide span of expertise to offer her clients.

 Deborah Jackson is a classically trained dancer, choreographer and an International Sports Sciences Association certified Master Trainer with a focus on Fitness Design. She has integrated her 15+ year free weight training experience with her lifelong study of dance to develop her own strength-through-movement approach. She designs individual programs for each client to help them reach their full athletic potential.

Declan Julien is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine hailing from the twin Caribbean nation of Trinidad & Tobago. He holds certifications in kettlebell training, TRX Suspensions, TRX Rip training, and Insanity Training. He is also an indoor cycling and group fitness instructor, always on the lookout for the latest proven and effective trends in fitness, diet, and nutrition. He keeps his training physically challenging and brings clients just slightly outside the realm of their comfort zone.

Dolores Natividad is an Exercise Physiologist certified by Marymount College and the American College of Sports Medicine. She has practiced and taught Yoga for over 30 years. Dolores studied with the originator of the Gyrotonic System and currently gives private sessions. She is also certified as a Melt Hands & Feet teacher and Young Living Essentials Aroma Therapist. She works with new beginners to the seasoned athlete with specializations in sports stretch, pre-natal, post-partum yoga, integrative Core Conditioning and Fit for Life Coaching.

Susan Parker has been in the health & fitness field for 25+ years. She is a certified personal trainer & Pilates instructor (mat & equipment), as well as a certified Holistic Health Coach. She is currently being certified as a Neuro Linguistic Programming coach. She has helped women get ready for red carpet events, weddings, pre/post natal, peri/menopause. She also teaches bootcamps to physio ball classes. Her extensive background in fitness, nutrition and NLP help her clients achieve permanent and healthy results.

Gina Quinzani’s training philosophy is simple, yet effective: correct form with classic strength training exercises. Her students use this principle in a variety of ways including high intensity interval training, functional fitness, and sports specific training. She spent 7 years as a training partner with a nationally ranked powerlifter, 6 additional years weight training and 10+ years of personal training.

Gardy Reglas Motivation, guidance, encouragement, education and knowledge are traits that Gardy uses to keep his clients focused. He focuses heavily on core and functional conditioning, and he uses tools such as resistance bands, foam rollers, medicine and stability boards in his workouts. Gardy holds certifications in the American College of Sports Medicine as well as the NSCA, NESTA, AFAA and NFPT.

Terrell “#TS” Stanback takes health and wellness to another level as the lifestyle motivator with innovative and creative techniques. Certified by the International Sports Science Association, specializing in personal & group training, efficient fat burning, weight management, core balance, flexibility training and sport specific training. #TS holds certification in Lifestyle Fitness Coaching, Holistic Fitness Coaching, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. His workouts include calisthenics, plyometrics, isometrics and core strength.

Robert Weiss our residential boxing instructor, has been with us before Body Reserve was located at the bank. He has trained hard for 15+ years and is a real student of the “Sweet Science.” Bob is certified through the International Sports Science Association and is continuing advanced certification through Tony Spain Boxing Institute. Bob’s motto is Boxing for Fitness, Confidence and Fun. When clients enjoy themselves, it pushing them beyond their comfort zone is easier. They are pleasantly surprised by their accomplishments.
